Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping

• We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

• Orders are processed within 2–3 working days before dispatch.

• Delivery times are typically 4–7 working days depending on your location.

• We use Courier Guy, RAM, and Drop24 for deliveries.

• Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R150, unless your order qualifies for free shipping (applied at checkout once the minimum spend threshold is reached).

2. Returns & Refunds

• If your parcel arrives damaged, we will arrange a return and send you a replacement.

• If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your board within 7 days for a refund.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Refunds are processed within 4–7 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

• We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom orders and sale items are final and cannot be returned.
